Refund and Returns Policy

Read Click To Food's Refund and Returns Policy. Cancel orders before preparation and get refunds for missing, incorrect, or spoiled food if reported on time.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel an order before the restaurant starts preparing it for a full refund.
  • Once the restaurant begins preparation, cancellation is not possible, and a refund is not guaranteed.
  • If an order is canceled due to restaurant unavailability or operational issues, the full amount will be refunded automatically.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or Missing Items If the delivered order is missing items or contains incorrect food items.
  • Delivery Issues If the order was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake from Click To Food or the restaurant, a refund or redelivery may be arranged.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Customer providing an incorrect delivery address.
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, high demand).
  • Partial consumption of food before raising a complaint.

Refund Process

  • Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • If the payment was made via cash on delivery (COD), refunds may be provided as Click To Food wallet credits or via a bank transfer if applicable.
